San Francisco is one of those cities that offered more that just a convenient place to hangout. For that reason, here is the list of bars that you can visit while you are in America, especially if you are planning to come to San Francisco and New York. However, if you are going to this country for the first time, of course you need references. One of the countries in the world that serves great and traveler friendly bar is America. If you love spending times drinking beers, cocktail, martini, or just soda, visiting a bar in a foreign country surely would give you a whole new different experience as well as atmosphere. Bars are one those places that are well known among travelers, especially after they spend times traveling to some places in a particular country. Sara stopped and introduced herself and I was impressed with her vast culinary knowledge, excellent inter-personal communication skills, perpetually-in-motion to cover all her duties and responsibilities, and all with a positive attitude. We enjoyed the Black Currant Iced Tea, different but refreshing. We both shared a Truffle Mac & Cheese dish which was light and flavorful, complementing our sandwiches. My friend and I both had the Lobster Roll and the meat was fresh and sweet. The in-house cocktail sauce had a nice spicy kick and the Mustard Aioli was perfect on this hot summer day. Mixed oysters plate, followed by Crispy Calamari. Service (Elizabeth) was attentive, congenial and professional. MoreĪfter several years of procrastinating, I finally dropped by for lunch and "Impressive" is the adjective to describe my friend and my dining experience. This is not somewhere I would go just to have a quick lunch but for a special outing it was a good choice. We had a nice time for a "special lunch" gathering. I believe these were around $10 or so as there were no prices on the dessert menus. Some ordered desert of the Sorbet and also the Chocolate Mousse and these were delicious. There were only a few people during the time we were there so no busy at all and the noise level was very low. It came out warm, slightly grilled, but very dry and no butter. The food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their choices, but we had to request bread as none was served. The presentation of the meals was very nice and the servings were what you would expect at this type venue. We all choice different fare for our lunches which included: Silo Soup of the Day, which was Sweet Potato with bacon bits and chives $8, Grilled Oysters Rockefeller $17, Shrimp Nicoise $15, Baby Spinach Salad $9, Parmesan Crusted Chicken w/ angel hair pasta $15, and the Lobster Roll w/parmesan-herb fries $27. They offer paper menus and have a large selection of wine offerings by the glass and by the bottle. Our waiter, Evan was prompt, courteous and efficient. The view from the window side overlooks The Dominion hillside homes. They have three seating areas with one being a partial outside terrace. We had a reservation and were seated timely. You take an elevator up to the second floor to the dining area. a lobby that has two walls with glass wine storage. Parking was not an issue and you go into. It is located on the eastbound access road of IH10 in Dominion Ridge which is across from The Dominion.
